PHONE CALL
We start with a 20-minute introductory call to discuss your project ideas, budget, and timeline. Let’s find out if we’re a good fit!
CONSULTATION
We’ll walk through the site together, talk through your ideas, take measurements, and gather the information needed to prepare your proposal.
PROPOSAL
Based on our discussion, we will create a detailed proposal for your approval. Once approved, we will prepare a contract and initial invoice and confirm your start date.
This phase includes:
✓ In-home kickoff meeting
✓ Creation of floor plans and elevations
✓ Sourcing of furniture, fixtures, and samples
✓ Meeting with trades to prepare estimates
✓ In-home design presentation
✓ Design support & revisions
Once the design plan is approved and your orders have been paid, our team will begin purchasing, tracking, and double-checking that each item arrives correctly.
If included in your proposal, we'll also collaborate with your contractor or our trades throughout construction to ensure every detail is executed perfectly.
